Q:WHEN DOES THE NEXT MONTH’S SCHEDULE COME OUT?!

A: We release the following month’s calendar on the 10th of the current month.  It’s a good idea to log in early and grab your spots in your favorite classes!  Also, please join us on Facebook (www.facebook.com/easelyamused) or follow us on Twitter for all of the latest class additions and releases!

Q: HOW CAN I REGISTER?

A: To reserve your spot in one of our classes, please choose the class of your choice and “add to cart.” You will be able to purchase via PayPal or credit/debit card. You will receive an email from PayPal to confirm your reservation and then a reminder email from us at least 72 hours before your scheduled class.

Q: WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

A: Our cancellation policy is 48 HOURS before your scheduled class (Example: Thursday night classes must be cancelled on or before Tuesday.) To cancel, please email to paint@easelyamused.com OR call 769-251-5574 (one method will suffice!) and let us know if you would like to transfer your payment to another class OR receive a refund less a $1 transaction fee. Any cancellations after this 48 hour in advance time period WILL NOT be refunded or transferred to another class. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS. You are always welcome to send someone in your place if you or a family member is sick, etc…

Q: WHAT AGE DO YOU HAVE TO BE FOR CLASSES?

A: Our “adult” classes welcome anyone ages 13 and up.  This is based on what we believe is appropriate for their skill level.  However, if you have a younger artist that would like to try their hand at one of our “grown-up” paintings, we are happy to have them join us!  Please be advised that we do allow artists to bring their own beverages to enjoy while painting including alcoholic beverages.

Q: WHAT IS THE PRICE OF CLASSES?

A: All weekday classes are $25 + tax ($26.75) unless otherwise noted. Friday night classes are $30 + tax ($32.10). Saturday night classes (when offered) are $35 + tax ($37.45). Special events (including guest artists and classes with additional supplies) are priced on a case by case basis.

Q: HOW DO I BOOK A PRIVATE PARTY?

A: Please email us all the information you can about your party- approximate dates, number and age of guests, studio preference, etc. and we can let you know what is available.  For more information on pricing, please visit the PARTIES page and view the party info sheets.  Once a date is confirmed, you will need to mail in your studio fee and private party agreement for the party to be OFFICIALLY added to our calendar.  We kindly ask for private party booking 2 weeks in advance!
